1. No Return Policy
As a service-based company specializing in event management and related services, all sales are final once you confirm and book a service with us. We do not accept returns or cancellations for any event services once the agreement is signed and booking is confirmed.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Non-delivery or failure to perform services as agreed.
  • Significant service disruption caused by us beyond your control.

If eligible, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the scheduled service date, detailing the cause and supporting evidence.

3. Refund Process
Upon receipt of a valid refund request, we will review all facts and respond within 14 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days through the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your event booking, please notify us at least [insert days, e.g., 14 days] prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations may be subject to administrative fees or partial charges as detailed in your service agreement.

5. Force Majeure
