1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of event management services by babalzokfze.ae (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“Client” or “you”). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided
We provide event planning, coordination, and related services as described in your signed service agreement. We will perform the services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment as set out in the service contract.
  • Payment schedules and total fees are specified in the invoice and service agreement.
  • Additional costs incurred due to client requests or external factors will be invoiced separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details, requirements, and timely approvals.
  • Ensure venue, permits, and licenses are obtained if required (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Adhere to agreed payment terms.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • No refunds will be given once services are booked and confirmed.
  • Cancellation policies and any applicable fees are detailed in the service agreement.
  • Refund requests will be handled only for significant non-performance or breach by us.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control including acts of God, government restrictions, or third-party failures.
  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the event.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of service.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or website update.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.
